Mariah Carey was spotted arriving to continue shooting her latest music video for "H.A.T.E.U." in New York City on Friday afternoon, November 6, 2009. The day's video shoot comes after a sexy Malibu beach filming session earlier in the week.

Mariah is scheduled to film the music video for "H.A.T.E.U." her third single off Memoirs of An Imperfect Angel this week in an undisclosed, private location in Los Angeles, California.

Brett Ratner will be directing the "H.A.T.E.U." music video and it will be his and Mariah's 8th time to work together. As we all know, Brett recently directed the Platinum hit "Obsessed" earlier this year. Other Mariah music videos he has helmed include "I Still Believe" (1998), "Heartbreaker" (1999), "Thank God I Found You" (2000), "It's Like That" (2005), "We Belong Together" (2005) and "Touch My Body" (2008) music videos.

Dustin Robertson, better known in Music Videoland as AVIDDIVA, has once again been tasked to cut the new music video. He previously worked on the original and remix versions of "Obsessed;" and "It's Like That" and "We Belong Together" in 2005. All of next week, Dustin will be working hard on editing "H.A.T.E.U." and will be posting daily updates on his progress and any new information about the video on his theAVIDDIVA Twitter page.

Friday Morning Quarterback (FMQB) lists "H.A.T.E.U." the third single from Mariah's new album Memoirs of An Imperfect Angel as available for airplay on Monday, November 2 at Rhythm Crossover; and Tuesday, November 3 at CHR/Top 40.

The song also goes for adds at Urban on November 2, according to Radio & Records.

The invite-only exclusive performance by Mariah at the P.C. Richard & Son Theater in Tribeca, New York packed the venue to its capacity last night. Mariah looked stunning and performed "Obsessed," "Always Be My Baby," "H.A.T.E.U.," "I Want To Know What Love Is," and "We Belong Together." The show was recorded and will be put up on iheartradio.com at some point.

At the show, Mariah mentioned that although they will still be working on "I Want To Know What Love Is," her next single is "H.A.T.E.U." and that she absolutely loves the remixes for "H.A.T.E.U."

Last night, Chairman & CEO Antonio "L.A." Reid hosted and presented the Island Def Jam's Spring Collection where he unveiled the new and upcoming work from IDJ's stable of artists. The event took place at the Stephen Weiss Studio in New York and was attended by industry people, music reviewers and Def Jam artists. A Mariah song, reportedly titled "Hate U" was played at the event!

Shirea L. Carroll from Vibe Magazine live blogged during the event and said, "This is a WBLS hit for sure..."

It is not known if "Hate U" will be the lead single off Mariah's new album, Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel. More details to come as they become available. Stay tuned!
